"People are made by food. Change the future with food." At first, for her beloved family, who are close to her. Then, for the people around her, such as children and patients she meets at work. This is a story about a girl who maintains her 'gal spirit' of valuing her own individuality at all times and who enjoys life to the fullest, even in the turbulent Heisei and Reiwa eras, and sometimes worries along the way.
